"Movements of Living" is formed of 576 blocks of wood of 12 by 12cms. Each of them depicts a scene of everyday life in which small carved wooden figures of males and females are seen in different activities, poses and situations. Four of these squares form what Irma calls "a movement". In the exhibition, visitors are encouraged to select a maximum of 12 wooden blocks –4 movements– based on their perception and feelings, to compose with them the present moment of their lives
